- Do not broker deals unless explicitly stated
- Do not take commissions on sales
- Are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers
All negotiations, inspections, contracts, and payments happen directly between users.
3. Listings
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- All listing information is accurate and truthful
- You have the right to sell or advertise the item
- Photos and content belong to you or you have permission to use them
We reserve the right to remove listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or violate these terms.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Free listings are limited by visibility and duration
- Verified, Featured, and Broker plans are paid services
- All prices are clearly shown before purchase
- Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
Featured subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period.
5. Verification
Verification improves trust but:
- Does not guarantee the condition of a boat
- Is not a warranty
- Does not replace buyer due diligence
Buyers should always inspect vessels and seek professional advice.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Post false or deceptive listings
- Impersonate others
- Scrape or copy content without permission
- Use the platform for illegal activity
- Attempt to bypass payment or visibility systems
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and platform features belong to CatamaransForSale.net or its licensors.
User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us permission to display and promote it.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Losses arising from transactions between users
- Incorrect listing information
- Mechanical or legal issues with vessels
- Delays, cancellations, or disputes
Use the platform at your own risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
You may stop using the platform at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
